Age to book
You must be over 18 years old at time of booking. |

Check your holiday dates
Check all the details on receipt of your holiday confirmation. |

Party numbers
The maximum number of your party as
detailed by you on the booking form must not be exceeded. |

Payment
A 25% deposit is required with the
booking form.
The cleared balance is due 21 days before the holiday commencement date. No reminder will be sent.
Keys will not be released until payment has been received in full and payment has been cleared.
Payment in full is required if booking made 6 weeks before start date.
A additional refundable key deposit of £35 is charged and will be immediately returned on receipt of
the key
at the end of the holiday. |

Cancellation
If for any reason you have to cancel
your holiday, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right to retain the 25% booking fee deposit if cancellation notice is less than
4 weeks.
A charge of 50% of the holiday price will be levied for less than one week's notice.
If for any reason we have to cancel your holiday, a full refund will be given if alternative
dates / accommodation are not acceptable. |

Death, personal injury and loss of property
We have no liability to you for the
death or personal injury of you or any member of your party.
You must take all necessary steps to ensure your personal property is safeguarded by you and
we
accept no liability to you in respect of damage or loss to your property. |

Arrival and departure times
The property is let from Saturday to
Saturday on a weekly basis.
Arrival - after 3.30 pm
Departure - by 10.30 am
Should you be delayed, we ask you to advise the Contact Person detailed in your Information
Pack. |

Good housekeeping
You agree to keep the property clean
and tidy while you are using it and when you leave.
Breakages by you or any member of your party
You are responsible for the actual cost of any breakages along with any additional costs that
may result. |

No Smoking
Please do not smoke inside the
bungalow. |

Pets
Sorry, no pets are allowed. |

Repossession
We reserve the right to repossess the
accommodation if we believe that any damage is likely to be caused by you or your party. No
refund will be given. |

Property access
On the rare occasion that the Property
Owner or agent needs access to the property, you must allow them access at any reasonable
time. |

Queries, complaints and suggestions
Our aim is for you and your party to
have a stress-free holiday. We ask you to contact the Contact Person as detailed in your
Information Pack with any accommodation queries, complaints or suggestions you may have. We
will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. |
